Send next [N] = your daily button. Type how many un-briefed leads to process now (e.g. 75 ≈ ~25 email drafts + a call list) and click. It takes them from the top of the list exactly as you're viewing it — so your current sort and filters apply (e.g. click No website first and it sends only those). It runs in safe batches of 25 with a ~15-min pause between each, so only one batch ever hits the VPS at a time. Change the number any time (bump it to 100 later) — no reload needed. Send all un-contacted (this location) does the same but for every remaining un-briefed lead in one long run. Both skip anything that already has a Brief (status doesn't matter), so they're safe to stop and resume — finished leads are never re-sent. Keep the tab open while either runs; click the running button again to Stop. Send marked leads = just the leads you've given a status to (handy for a quick test). All need the Production URL below. Safe to re-send after updates: have n8n match on the id field so existing leads update instead of duplicating. In the Webhook node set HTTP Method = POST (n8n defaults to GET!) and Allowed Origins (CORS) = *, make the workflow Active, and use the Production URL.

Tick any services and see exactly what a client buying that mix would be asked for, what you'd need to fill in yourself, and how you'd deliver it. Nothing is saved and no one is emailed — this is the reference copy. To actually send one, open a lead's quote and hit Setup sheet.
